My key projects included:

2014-2015

Project: Assistant Planner/Scheduler on Dow Chemical Project, Oyster Creek, Texas

  · Collected, reviewed, and prepared daily reports from 8-14 foremen for client and Cajun

management to ensure project schedule and deliverables are met.

  · Calculated earned and spent project hours for budget and milestone reporting. Utilized Primavera

P6 (an Oracle scheduling product) for scheduling, tracking and project management.

  · Audited construction supervisors and general foremen’s books to ensure all work is claimed;

identified and corrected all discrepancies; submitted time for proper billing.

  · Proactively developed a weekly report template to more efficiently show work being completed on

project and adjust report to client specifications.

  · Co-developed and streamlined foreman report template to help company supervisors easily view

and assess performance of foremen in the field.
